End-to-end delivery of an upgraded submarine escape system, from qualification to service support, in cooperation with the manufacturer and a NATO navy.
The challenge
A NATO navy required a modernised submarine escape capability that met current survival standards while remaining serviceable through the existing in-country support chain.
What we delivered
Working directly with the manufacturer, we managed qualification, delivery and the establishment of local service support — ensuring the crews, the maintainers and the documentation were all ready before handover.
The outcome
The operator gained a qualified, fully supported escape system and a sustainment plan that keeps the capability mission-ready for the long term.
